Presenting artists Ilana Lilienthal, Charlie Hawks, and Orel Brodt, in association with Impact 100 and Impact the Palm Beaches, Force of Nature: Women & Water explores the role of women throughout the history of art, and the symbolism they often share with the life-giving waters of the world. This exhibit peels back layers of time, unveiling a beautiful and tantalizing look into the way women are perceived: both as nurturing healers and destructive storms. It is an enlightening collection that seeks to share all the secret powers of the feminine energy. Whether a soft wave breaking on the sand or a tidal flood rushing the shore, women are a force of nature.

Ilana Lilienthal, who studied at Parson School of Art NYC and other international universities, unravels the female form. Her work delves into the struggles and strengths that unite all women in the feminine experience. With them she explores a woman’s inherent duality: soft and strong in one.

Graduated from London School of Fashion with a fine art background, Orel Brodt worked for fashion houses like Erdem, Viktor and Rolf, Oscar De La Renta and more. Currently she’s helping to reshape women’s wear for Robert Graham in NYC with her team. This show spotlights relevant articles from her Paris and London line.

Photographer Charlie Hawks received a degree in photography from Bard College before establishing his practice. His photographs combine premier New York fashion with his love of nature and art. As a result, his images pay homage to the modern woman while maintaining the connection to his elemental roots.
